The band pre-recorded a performance of "Girls" for Strictly Come Dancing on 19th September and will be broadcasted on 28th September.

I didn't realise it was done so long ago, lol... Either way it airs tonight. :D

They just did Strictly. Totally, 100% live, sounded pretty good, and looked stunning. Very good stuff.

Well they 'stand up' so much that pretty much nobody else agrees with you, but whatever, I don't think we need to argue over this :heehee: SCD should have a big effect. It's probably the 2nd-biggest promo you can do after X Factor and perhaps Ant & Dec. I hope it climb up iTunes by tomorrow morning.

No, i really dont. I have sang since the age of 4, i think i know what im talking about when it comes to live vocals. It was MIMED with elements of live singing, the final mix i would say was 70% mimed and 30% live. I dont need to argue, i know whats live and whats not and that definately featured mostly pre-recorded vocals.

 

On the other hand the SCD performance was live and very good indeed.
