Back in the end of February, and through March, here on many of the PBS stations here in the US, they aired a programme of 6 singers from Scotland, and they billed themselves as Highland Heartbeat.....Welcome, Willie Stewart was one of the songs they performed....

They did a mix of traditional stuff, and some more contemporary songs, as well as 3 songs written for the programme....

Bet I'd have hated it :P Not at all a fan of heeder-um, hoder-um music. :P

Anyway Biggie, I need to head off now. I've another tablet to take tonight and I need to take them with food. So need to go make something to munch.

I'm heading off now to get food prepared for my visitors (ie crisps, chicken tikka, nuts and chipolatas. Oh and mince pies. :D )

And I can't even have a drink due to the Bitch Dentist

Speak tomorrow at some point

Not those kind of mince pies. Ones with actual mince type stuff in them. Mutton I think it is. :P

How was Tina?

She was ok I guess ^_^

Not a fan of her at all...when pilot has a Tina dvd on I like the first 2 songs or so but after the 6th I escape or ask him to ask the lady to stop screaming

Well...anyway...we arrived at about 3 in the afternoon and heard that they had been selling 200 VIP tickets...they cost 300 euros each and those people went inside though a separate entrance...got dinner...best places and a drink after the concert!!!

Just when I was realising that this would be the first concert in ages where I wouldn't be first row someone walked up to me and offered me a VIP ticked for free :o

But...as it was only one ticket I decided not to take it :teresa:

At 5.30 the doors opened and they let us in...as we walked in I saw the stage and there was on one there...no idea where those VIP people were but I decide to run for it and well...we got first row

Later we found out that the VIP people got in after us...best places for them meant places in the circle but they were all the way at the back of the circle

I did feel a bit bad about being at the front...waiting till it was all over and that some real fans who payed 300 euros where way behind me though...well...$h!t happens :P

Ohhh and pilot really enjoyed it ;)

 hiding

I think he keeps being released on licence but then quickly re-arrested. He pops in to say 'I promise I'll be on line much more often'. Then he disappears for another 3 months :(

Hmmmm maybe I should talk to the people in charge http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e316/f-gang/twinkle.gif

....or maybe not :naughty: :naughty:
