October 27, 200816 yr 1994 wasn't a great year, to be honest. There is a small handful of tracks I like from this list.
October 28, 200816 yr Ah, my last year of school...let me see... 24. Terrorvision - Alice What's The Matter? God, is this that old? I remember loving EMF's remix. 30. Massive Attack - Sly 33. Green Day - Welcome To Paradise Used to listen to this at parties at folk's houses - we'd all try to do our best Billy Joe impressions. 34. Oasis - Cigarettes And Alcohol T-Rex redefined for a new generation. Sad, it was one of their last good singles. 41. Elastica - Connection Second hand Wire riffs....have a cup of tea, put a record on, rip it off, have a hit - nice. 56. Senseless Things - Christine Keeler Although it was one of their worst ever singles from their crappy fourth album. 59. Echobelly - Close... But Come on, who doesn't love Sonya Aurora Madan? 63. Supergrass - Caught By The Fuzz First proper release for this great slice of ampheta-pop! 66. M-Beat Featuring General Levy - Incredible {1994 Re-Release} Uh uh, icky icky - great for that line alone.
October 28, 200816 yr 34. Oasis - Cigarettes And Alcohol T-Rex redefined for a new generation. Sad, it was one of their last good singles. i cant really see t rex in there m8... sounds more like 'hold tight' be dave dee n co...

October 28, 200816 yr i cant really see t rex in there m8... sounds more like 'hold tight' be dave dee n co... Are you kidding? The main riff is a blatant rip off of 'Get It On'!
October 28, 200816 yr Are you kidding? The main riff is a blatant rip off of 'Get It On'! it aint that obvious to me m8! but then again im tone deaf!
October 28, 200816 yr 30. Massive Attack - Sly 34. Oasis - Cigarettes And Alcohol 35. Apollo 440 - Liquid Cool 39. Pink Floyd - High Hopes/Keep Talking 41. Elastica - Connection 44. Sparks - When Do I Get To Sing 'My Way' 50. Moby - Feeling So Real 55. Shades Of Rhythm - The Wandering Dragon EP 62. 2wo Third3 - I Want The World 63. Supergrass - Caught By The Fuzz 64. Youssou N'Dour Featuring Neneh Cherry - 7 Seconds 65. Jamiroquai - Space Cowboy 73. Kylie Minogue - Confide In Me 75. Sister Bliss With Colette - Cantgetaman, Cantgetajob, (Life's A b**ch) Feel free to comment :) only one record in the whole of that top 30 I'd ever want to hear again - a truly appalling chart. Great songs from 2wo Third3 and Sparks in there, though...... as well as Kylie's best ever single....
October 29, 200816 yr 1994 is one of the weaker 90s years really, but these stand out: 01. Pato Banton - Baby Come Back (great reggae track, if only for rhyming 'CD' with 'Bob Marley') 03. Whigfield - Saturday Night (still brilliant after all these years!) 13. Elton John - Circle Of Life (one of the best from The Lion King) 17. (MC Sar And) The Real McCoy - Another Night {1994} (I prefer 'Run Away' but this is ok too) 31. Cappella - Move It Up/Big Beat (not as good as 'U Got 2 Let The Music' but pretty alright) 41. Elastica - Connection (the theme tune to 'Trigger Happy TV', nuff said!!) 44. Sparks - When Do I Get To Sing 'My Way' (great synthpop that got a re-issue in '95) 53. The Nightcrawlers - Push The Feeling On (as did this, and both got higher places on the re-issue) 65. Jamiroquai - Space Cowboy (as long as it's the David Morales club mix) 73. Kylie Minogue - Confide In Me (her best during those 1992-99 wilderness years, along with 'Where The Wild Roses Grow') Loads of dross though, wasn't this the year where pretty much the whole summer was just Wet Wet Wet at #1 and All-4-One at #2? God that must have been boring!
