I thought she would be right up your street. :o She reminds me of a poppier version of Keri Hilson & Ciara.

That's funny because I like both Keri and Ciara.

I know that's why I said them. I actually think Amerie is the best vocalist out of those. :o Ciara really can't sing live.

I'm not too concerned about how they sing live because I only listen to their CDs.

True but I do like live performances to. That is definitely a strong area for Keri. :o

I've never seen her perform live.

The crowd doesn't seem to like her but she really works her thang. :P

They didn't seem too enthused.

I love how when she gives the mic to the crowd no-one sings and when she says jump only about 5 of the jump. Oh and at the end when the rapper says her name, no-one cheers for her. Tough crowd I guess!!

What do they know. :P

LOLZ. I think she is struggling too much to become famous.

This was before she was really famous though. At the time she was only known for appearing on The Way I Are. Nowadays people do cheer when her name is announced. :P

I love the beat of Return The Favor.

Me too and the beat of Knock You Down. Keri has amazingly catchy songs, people are sick of me singing Return the Favour lol.

Have you heard her song Quicksand? I love it.

No. :o I need to download the album actually, I'm really being quite a fan Ms Keri. The only Quicksand I'm familar with is La Roux's. :P

Quicksand was a Japanese or bonus track...can't remember which.

Oooh I'll have to check it out. :o

Amerie's new song is amazing. If you didn't like her before you will like her now. :P
