Posted November 8, 200816 yr http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showb...icle1909942.ece FORMER Take That bandmates Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow proved they were friends again today when they watched a football match together. The pair chatted ahead of the Arsenal v Manchester United game at the Emirates Stadium in north London. Robbie, who left the group to launch a solo career in 1995, even put his arm round Gary during a TV interview. The pair gave a lighthearted response when asked by Sky Sports about the fact they seemed to be on friendly terms. Robbie, 34, joked: "We’ve not spoken a word to each other yet - we don’t know how this is going to go." "It could go either way this yet, mate," Gary added. Multimillionaire Robbie has spent most of his time in Los Angeles while his former bandmates have enjoyed a successful comeback. When asked why, as a Port Vale fan, he was at the game, he said: "Actually I do have to say that I call Man Utd Secret Vale because when you support Port Vale for as long as I have it’s nice to have a decent win every now and again... I’m a Vale man but I like to see Man United do well.” Liverpool fan Gary, 37, said he just wanted to see a draw to ensure his team’s position. Arsenal ended up winning the game two nil. Last month Gary and his fellow band members Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen confirmed plans to hit the road again for a huge British stadium tour next summer. Take That Present The Circus Live - Summer 2009 promises to be the band’s biggest tour yet, with eight stadium dates.

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow reunite... at the Arsenal match By Daily Mail Reporter Last updated at 3:45 PM on 08th November 2008 There's nothing Take That fans would love more than to see the return of ex-member Robbie Williams. And today reconciliation seemed on the cards, when the singer was spotted at a football match with former rival Gary Barlow. The pair had waged a public feud after Robbie's departure from the boy band in 1995, but these pictures show they have well and truly buried the hatchet. http://i38.tinypic.com/33cnqxu.jpg Friends reunited: Robbie Williams chats to Gary Barlow at the Arsenal v Manchester United match at the Emirates Stadium in London today Robbie chatted to Gary and his two children in the stands before the Arsenal match against Manchester United at London's Emirates Stadium. The old friends laughed and joked around as they answered a few questions from a Sky Sports reporter, with Robbie even putting an arm around his pal's shoulders. Tickets for Take That's 2009 tour became the fastest selling tour in UK history last week when fans snapped up 600,000 tickets in five hours. A tour spokeswoman said there were no plans for Williams to make any appearances. http://i35.tinypic.com/2wmp1cw.jpg Sharing a joke: Gary and Robbie jest around as they are interviewed by a Sky Sports reporter ahead of the match Meanwhile Robbie's career has suffered a slump with his last album Rudebox receiving mixed reviews from critics. Jason Orange, 38, told the Daily Mirror last month that the group had resumed their friendship with Robbie, but a reunion wasn't on the cards. He said: 'Rob’s looking really well at the moment. We went out for dinner and he was telling us he’s been chilling out and writing a lot, but nothing with us.' Take That release their latest album The Circus on December 1st and Robbie is due to release his new album next year.

November 8, 200816 yr I'd like to see the video also! :w00t: Great thing that he was on that game. I think he should do it more, visiting football games in England. That would make me even a bigger fan of Premier League! ^_^

The longer one which people had seen earlier hasn't popped up yet. Shame because those who saw it said it was really funny. mSwqfaccurw Norma
November 8, 200816 yr this is not good at all.. Oh don't be such a drama queen! They went to a footie match together and were friendly with each other ... its not like they're engaged or married or anything. Although in the full interview I was told there was kissing with tongues and everything! And apparently Rob copped a feel of Gary's arse! Lighten up! The Take That fans don't want a reunion as much as the Rob fans don't want one - it doesn't have to stop the two of them being civil to each other - even if some fans and the media would like them to be 'pistols at dawn' all the time.
