Well the physical market has changed somewhat since ‘One For The Radio’, woollies have stopped stocking singles other than ones produced by Simon Cowell and even a lot of HMV’s have stopped stocking singles over the past few weeks. So I can’t see physicals bailing them out as much as they have done this time around.

True George Sampson's single is diabolical :lol: but there’s a market out there proved by the thousands who bought Mint Royale. Either Simon Cowell has made a miscalculation or the teenage chavs are picking up their copies at woollies as we type...

It's a tough one..I mean to my knowledge George's Song hasn't been Promoted at all!?!

 

Same difference have loads of promotion through X-Factor,Gmtv and This Morning.

 

I think Extra Stores such as Boots are stocking the Mcfly track though as it's the CIN Official Charity Single(May be wrong though)

There's no airplay for McFly, so this has been handled baddly by them really, will sell quite a lot on physicals though.

Well Amazon update their singles chart hourly, you can see it by clicking on a single cd and at the bottom it says where it is and you are able to click that and see the full cd single chart.(There's probably an easier way but that's how I do it)

 

Hmv click on cd singles and sort them by Popularity, that updates everyday I believe, It seems to give a good indication of what's going on.
