Does anyone know if there is just one standard version or is a special edition with abonus live cd getting a release at all???

I wa sjust wondering does anyone find the X dvd very cheap looking, i dont mean the concert itself but for me the cover sleeve and the extras are far wealker than any of her previous concert dvds

i do like it but i feel its not as strong as others, i mean there is no inlay card in this dvd which there has been for all the others
