Posted November 29, 200816 yr My faveourite x factor conestestant this year Ruth Lorenzo is rimoured to be performing it tonight and she is a greatsinger so it will be interesting to hear a cover of it and if it all goes well it could may well spark up some bon sales album and single wise so we may see bon jovi back in the charts next week
November 29, 200816 yr Author WELL ruth is just agter performing it and oh my god she nailed it,it was as good as the original in a different way i would tell any of you check it out when it becomes available on youtube
November 29, 200816 yr I sooo like Ruth! She has an incredible stage presence and personality. Such a pity she had to go
November 29, 200816 yr Author it was criminal she went as the performnace was brilliant and would do brilliant as a single
November 30, 200816 yr It was a great performance  She was always one of my favourites, she had an amazing voice and didnt look like your typical size 0 celebrity etc, it was a shame to see her go but I'm sure she'll get something out of the xfactor, with a voice like that then someone will want to sign her
November 30, 200816 yr Oh yeah I forgot to say, if Eggnog wins I will NEVER be watching the xfactor again :P I dont really like any of them that are left in it now, my favourites were Daniel, Laura & Ruth! Actually I didnt say that, if Sharon Osbourne comes back then I'll watch it again ok :heehee:
November 30, 200816 yr Author thanl you so much for adding the video here, yesw its a crying shame she i sout as she is by far the best contestant in the competition sadly she didnt have a region to vote for her,,this was an amazing performance and i pray to god she gets to release and album as i for one will definitly buy it
December 1, 200816 yr Great performance, she really put her soul into that. Not sure how she failed to get through as I don't watch these reality shows. There always seems to be something wrong with the votes, there was Gareth and Will, there was Javine who was supposed to have gotten enough votes but didn't. I seem to remember headlines about these things.
December 1, 200816 yr Author Ruth simply didnt have a region behind her to vote but i agree the song was from the heart and highly emotional
December 1, 200816 yr It's a shame that it comes to regions in some of the contests. I remember the formation of Hearsay, Myleene Klass came from a town about 10 miles from me, and the amount of fuss that the regional newspapers made of the fact that she won a place in the band and when she came home, it was news once featuring her having chips from the local market.
December 1, 200816 yr Author yes having a region behind you is so useful and all the local media promote the act and urge locals to vote ,had ruth had a region i 100% believe she would be in the final as she had true raw talent which i feel all the others lack
December 2, 200816 yr It's a shame that it comes to regions in some of the contests. I remember the formation of Hearsay, Myleene Klass came from a town about 10 miles from me, and the amount of fuss that the regional newspapers made of the fact that she won a place in the band and when she came home, it was news once featuring her having chips from the local market. There are still posters for Laura White around the Atherton/Bolton area
December 2, 200816 yr Author i wonder will any of the ones do anything this year as in get a contract who actually dont win the show
December 3, 200816 yr Some contesters actually did in The Netherlands, in a few cases the members that became second and third in previous years are more succesfull now than the winners. At the moment we have Popstars and in januari The X Factor will start again. I just love to watch that kind of programs
December 3, 200816 yr Author that has happened before in the uk like with rhydian,g4 and same differnce in a way
December 7, 200816 yr that has happened before in the uk like with rhydian,g4 and same differnce in a way I voted for Same Difference in the final last year :heehee: I would have gone to their tour next year as well (because I think they're fun  ) but its £23 for a ticket! plus booking fees etc. Thats WAY too much for Same Difference! Pink tickets for I'm Not Dead Tour were about £26.50, and she'd had four albums and been around for 6/7 years! So I'm not going to see them now
December 8, 200816 yr Author thats very expensive for an act just starting out,,i must say out of the final 3 last year i would have liked them to have won but nikki was the one i wanted to win,,dont like rhydian or leon i loved ruth this year and im glad her performance of always has helped bon jovi re chart
