I don't think its really too far fetched to say that they might have won (at a minimum top 10)

 

Its a song that has a pretty broad appeal and they have a large amount of support because of the war.

I won't start all the $h!t about that bast*rd Saakashvilli but only saying that the song is really great! The video is epic as well :kink: Top 10 (and probably points from Russia) hadn't they withdrawn!

Let's just hope Iceland don't get drawn 22nd or 24th! I'll be majorly pissed off if that happens! Though I think 'My Time' is far stronger than the snoozefest that is 'Is It True'... I really don't get why people are bumming that so much!

Is It True is subtle and gorgeous and quite frankly an orgasm unto us all compared with Poland's hideous borefest :smoke: That said, I'll be uber-pissed if any ballads get drawn within three songs of us...

I agree, Is It True is epic, and Johanna's voice is great, and she isn't difficult to look at, let's be honest. I'll be pissed off if she's anything after 20th though :lol:

I don't think Is It True comes anywhere close to It's My Time, although it is very nice...

 

I've listened to Poland's ballad about 50 times and still can't remember how it goes, I don't think it will be troubling us in the ballad stakes

I only remember about 3 lines of it, I can't imagine it being a problem for the UK :lol:

 

I prefer Is It True to It's My Time in general, but Jade's has that magnificant soaring note, and generally brilliant ending, whereas IIT? just is pleasant all the way through.

I've just seen some clips on Loose Women. Alexander looks crap. Belgium seems so Eurovision! Serbia looks so hilarious. And, what a voice Malena Ernman has!
