Wow, Chris I'd never think you'd ever make a thread just for me :o I better start spamming it with all my fav local bands, apart from Zebra and Giraffe who im always raving about, this band is also up there with this immense song. 'One Day Remains - Never Say Die' a lot more hardcore than my other recommendations. But I  it, so please listen to it, its like so awesome the video is quite kewl too although the lead singer gets a bit creepy at times

well i dont, it's more of a saying but yeah it's not my can of strongbow

Strongbow is amazing.

Okayyy, I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea [LMAO SHAMO], but it's one of the hardest/most metal tracks they've ever done. It's inspired many of Metallica's albums/material and was the track that inspired Slash to learn how to play guitar [it's also one of Curt Cobain's most favourite songs];

Aerosmith - Nobody's Fault

They don't make music like that anymore ^

it's alright, better than the average Aerosmith track, and it's spelt 'Kurt' by the way :kink:

Katatonia - My Twin(not the Welsh band long ago)

Anathema - Are You There (Acoustic)

My Dying Bride - Cry of Mankind

- listen to more of this

They are still one of my music obsessions atm so i'm going to recommend Pezz, this is probably their most random song but it has a really good instrumental part near the end.

i like it, although im a bit ska biased as it's the best genre ever.

for people who dont know Pezz are Billy Talent before they were called Billy Talent and when they made ska influenced music, i think they work better with there darker punk rock sound they have now though, much love for BT from me, great band, proberly a favourite even :o

I thought so, but my firefox spell checker was telling me I was spelling it wrong. :heehee:

Okay, one of my favourite Nu-metal bands, most people on here probably already know it but I'll post it anyway for those who haven't.

[Miles better than the Freak On A Leash tripe imo].

Added vids now, more:

My Dying Bride - The Prize Of Beauty

erm, that was a bit... erm, werid, not my thing really, i didnt really think the vocals work well with the music either.

Listen to the other songs like She is the Dark, A Kiss To Remember, Dreadful Hours and Catherine Blake. Let's see if that changes your mind. -_-

If not then I'll find another one.

BTW, I've edited my post above to videos now (previously band names).

Testament's cover is better :D

As for Korn, i'm a big fan of them, my fave song they did is Someone Somebody.

Uhm, well okay. This is my best recommendation yet. And it's Christophers cup of tea. :o

Knave - Taunt and Tether

Hmmm I'd say Muse-ish. So amazingly amazing (heart).
