As for your other question it changes from time to time, week on week, so far this week for a Top 20 is doing roughly 4k, I should imagine a single at No.40 is doing around 1.8k plus. I'm not the best person to elaborate on this, as I'm guessing. :P

so on average to get top 40 its around the 4-5 k mark. which is easy enough really lol.

 

so do u think to make top 75 you'd need to sell around 1000?
