January 12, 200916 yr  Jack Bauer is blatently the best person ever tbh <3 Cant wait for this :D
January 12, 200916 yr I'm more pumped for the return of this show than any other before. It's probably because we've been on a 24 drought for, like, TWO YEARS (excluding 24 Redemption). The new season appears to have been received well critically from what I've read.
January 13, 200916 yr Author First two episodes were pretty slow. I didn't like the tame Jack, but it looks like the old Jack is back now. The new characters seem an interesting bunch too. Gotta admit, the prequel made the first two episodes a lot more understandable. I was a bit miffed about hearing the President's son had died, but there's obviously some under-lying conspiracy there. And I knew there was more reason for the guy who plays the dictator in the prequel to have been a pretty well known character! As he got minimal screen time in the prequel. Next double bill looks interesting... hopefully we'll find out how Carlos rose from the dead, and what Chloe and Bill have been doing...
January 13, 200916 yr I absolutely LOVED the first two episodes. The Presidents' character is so interesting. It's good to know there's a new "nice" president (ala David Palmer). I'm also intrigued by the new characters. By the second hour it felt as if I knew all of the new guys as much as the old gang. Great, great start.
January 14, 200916 yr Just downlaoded episodes 3 and 4... gonna watch now :kink: i just couldnt wait :o
January 14, 200916 yr great start! My religious TV time has returned! There's only a couple of shows where everything has to stop for me and this is one!
January 14, 200916 yr I thought the first 2 shows were pretty good, good to see that the bad uns have infiltrated the FBI and not just CTU :D I've been having withdrawal symptoms for about 18 months :)
March 10, 200916 yr I have to say last nights double episodes were outstanding pieces of television. Truly gripping and showed why 24 has been one of the biggest TV shows of the decade. This season thus far as been very solid (and a big improvement on season 6) but still there have been very little of the 24 greatness of the first 5 seasons so far but the last two episodes were just brilliant. The whole idea of the terrorists getting into the White House and taking the president hostage is excellent, and Im suprised it hasnt been done before. It was so well written. And it ws great to see Jon Voight back. He is going to make a great addition. I am now looking forward to the next episode far more than I am of Lost, which is just dragging on atm imo.
March 10, 200916 yr Downloading the next episode now :kink: Legally of course  Edited March 10, 200916 yr by James.
March 10, 200916 yr Author The 2nd episode of the the double bill was literally WOW. :| Easily in the top 3 episodes i've seen of US TV shows this season so far... It was so well crafted as an episode. I love the female president now. At first I wasn't too keen on her, but she's really good. I just wish Tony had a more active role in the show at the moment... I don't think you can really compare Lost and 24 too. I love both shows (Lost probably more) but they're just totally different types of shows.
March 10, 200916 yr Just seen the double episode from yesterday on Sky 2 AMAZING And the brilliant Jon Voight
March 16, 200916 yr can we erect some sort of SHRINE to bill buchanan? http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/e/ee/Bill_Buchanan.jpg/200px-Bill_Buchanan.jpg RIP GOD.
March 16, 200916 yr Author I can't believe he died. He was my 3rd favourite character. Why is there A LACK OF TONY this season? We need more of him. I have the feeling him and Jack are gonna pair up now... hopefully.
April 14, 200916 yr OH MY GOD OH MY GOD The end of 1am-2am. OMG. Just.. Tell me someone else has watched it?
April 14, 200916 yr Author I watched it. I see where they're going with the Jack storyline, but i've really no idea how they're going to stop Starkwood at present. I get the feeling that Jonas Hodges' doesn't want to wage war against his own country though really. I definitely see a twist coming somewhere along the line (I just hope it doesn't result in Tony's death... again). But what an amazing actor Jon Voight is seriously. :o He gave me shivers last night.

Jon Voigt really is fabulous.. really portrays the character well. I really don't understand why their making Tony a traitor again, but it was incredibly shocking :o I assume Tony is going to continue pretending to be on the side of the FBI?
