Having heard Lily's album, it is certainly a minefield for her music lawyers. You can certainly have even more fun playing the spot where that was "nicked" from originally (Take That, The Carpenters, The Specials, The Lightning Seeds, Sigur Ros...) than on the average Oasis album. :lol:

 

However it is a big improvement on her very patchy debut album.

Nooo...you misunderstood my distinction :P Songs that sample songs that have been sampled by other entries are fine, as indeed are songs which sample previous entries - however, where DJ Earworm breached the spirit (and possibly the letter - I need to check the latest rules over at NSC) of the rules was in being a song where the song WAS the samples - there was nothing new added to them. Mash-ups per se are allowed, but mash-ups featuring previous entries are not unfortunately :(
