January 29, 200916 yr I think Paris is amaze, people can call her plastic and all that $h!t just because they like to jump on the bandwagon but she's actually a fairly decent person. Theres much worse than her ... Jodie Marsh anyone? :puke: Oh and sorry for going off topic :P
January 29, 200916 yr I didn't jump on any bandwagon regarding Paris, I've always despised her, she's easily the most vile celebrity ever. Not that she's ever done anything to warrant her 'celebrity' status, she got famous for making a home made porn movie.
January 29, 200916 yr I really think a lot of people waste their energies hating on all of the wrong people. There's not one person in the Paris/Jodie/Jordan/Lucy Pinder mould who I think seems genuinely awful. The likes of Lucy are actually pretty lovely from what I've seen. The really disgusting celebrities are never the trashy ones...
January 29, 200916 yr I am not a fan of Lady GaGa her music is tolerable and she seems an ok person but if a talentless skank like Paris Hilton who has got where she is through porn and having a rich daddy bankrolling her life hates Lady GaGa then Lady GaGa has gone up in my estimation and must be doing something right :) Paris Hilton taking digs at Lady GaGa is like Marcus Bent calling Cristiano Ronaldo crap

But those people sum up what is wrong with society today, to be famous these days you don't need talent and spend years refining skills and performing arts schools all you have to do is flash your tits, appear on a reality tv show, make an online sex tape, shag a footballer, get a massive boob job and so on and then millions more young girls think that is the way forward, the celebrity culture and the worshipping of plastic bints and talentless wanabees is a cancer upon society
January 29, 200916 yr And? It's the public who put them on that pedestal. They are the supply to the public's demand, and as long as that continues, they'll be there. If anything, blame society, not a bunch of girls who have good business minds...
January 30, 200916 yr I think Ms Price should wrap up until she a) learns to spell and B) gets her head around apostrophes. As for GaGa being arrogant - THANK GOD... aren't we all sick to death of bland, boring, goody-two-shoes pop stars? It's so refreshing to see someone with a bit of spunk about them on the scene again - for too long the charts have been rammed with acts who would look more at home at a Sunday morning Jehovahs Witness' mission than on the stage at some sleazy, sweaty underground concert venue. Pop and rock stars MUST have attitude - so it's brilliant GaGa's brought this back to the forefront. As for Katie Price... shouldn't she be spending her time planting stories about her and her simpleton husband in some low-grade tabloid? Or 'gracing' the pages of some vile glossy fashmagslag rag? Ugh - p*** off to America ffs, Jordan.... they seem to like ageing hags who look like Beetlejuice over there.....

If anything, blame society, not a bunch of girls who have good business minds... Its the media mate not the public, the medias drive public demand and their readers lap it up like pigs in $h!t because the media tells them what to do and drives opinion Worst offenders are lads mags like Zoo and Nuts and $h!t like that followed by The Sun, those "publications" are why young girls think they have to dress and act like slags to get male attention, they are the reason why there is such a rise in anorexia and bulimia because the media tell them they gotta be size 0 or at best size 6 or they are obese, they are responsible for the massive rise in boob jobs Sure the public are sheep by and large who follow rather than lead but the media has responsibilities and promoting the stuff I said in my previous post and stuff like women being nothing more than sex objects and promoting skinnyness is f***ing up this country

Ugh - p*** off to America ffs, Jordan.... they seem to like ageing hags who look like Beetlejuice over there..... And how mate..... Why do you think I hate Chris Martin so much....? He could win a gold medal in boring everyone sh"tless at the Olympics  Arrogance should be roughly proportionate to talent... Katie Price HAS no talent for anything other than getting her tits out and whoring herself around the tabloids, so she really should shut the fukk up and take a step back..... Lady GaGa is talented, so she can back up her arrogance with something.... That and the fact that she is PLAYING A CHARACTER as well, so it's NOT REAL..... No more so than Ziggy, Marilyn (Monroe and Manson....) and Alice Cooper... Lady GaGa is part of a long, proud, "Rock" and Pop Culture tradition, the creation of myths, no one would really buy records by "Brian Warner" or "Vincent Furnier" would they.....?
January 30, 200916 yr Hmm...didn't Lady GaGa used to have brown hair and she's getting noticed now that she has blonde hair extensions/wig. Indeed..... Mousey brown it was as well from pics that I've seen..... The "blonde bombshell" look worked out well for Madonna as too, as did her precocious arrogance and self-belief.... At the end of the day, it all goes back to Marilyn.....Monroe, that is.....
January 30, 200916 yr It's odd really like most 'blondes' seem to be not natural, like Britney Spears, Lady GaGa and I'm sure the list is endless.
January 30, 200916 yr Lady GaGa said she dyed her hair blonde because paparazzi kept thinking she was Amy Winehouse. :kink:
January 30, 200916 yr Lady GaGa said she dyed her hair blonde because paparazzi kept thinking she was Amy Winehouse. :kink: YAY! I said that earlier hehe ... personally I don't see how haha.

The "body fascist" psychology as promoted in the fukkin' MEEEEDJAAAAHHHHH and the fashion industry is probably the most damaging thing that has happened to women.... According the the fashion industry the majority of the world's women are all over 5'10" and built like concentration camp victims.....

January 30, 200916 yr Ice-T (Tracy Marrow), ..."  Oh, God yeah, how could I forget that one....? No one's gonna buy a hardcore rap album from a "gangsta" with a girl's name are they.....
January 30, 200916 yr Gaga is the latest bint to be added to the plastic rape wagon. Believe me, I would agree with that if I hadn't sat down, listened to the album and actually concluded that there is much of substance in the material itself..... Plastic, maybe, but it seems to me that it's "plastic with a purpose"..... A bit like when Bowie was in his Ziggy era, Alice Cooper, or Manson round about the time of "Mechanical Animals" (yeah, different style of music, but similarly it had a purpose)... And, coincidentally, the great man himself, Mr Bowie, has recognised the fact.....
January 30, 200916 yr I hate to be pedantic but if we're going to quote multiple posts can it all be done in one post please? MUCH tidier.

And, coincidentally, the great man himself, Mr Bowie, has recognised the fact..... I concur. I'm really quite keen on her. By pop-standards she's such a revelation. It's been too long since we had a forward-thinking, genuinely exciting popstar who has some PASSION, writes, produces, the whole lot. The blonde wigs and odd fashion is all a part of her image I'd say, building up a mysterious veil for herself. That's why she went blonde I think, to help for this personna. The whole idea behind 'The Fame' is brilliant too. She's said it's an ode to celebrity culture, desperation in society to be famous, following what is the modern version of "the American Dream". 'Paparazzi' for example was inspired by Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie etc when they had their mugshots printed after being arrested. As far as I see it she's pretentious not arrogant and tbh I think all the most talented people hold some level of pretentiousness, they two things go hand in hand.
