I think Alphabeat are currently your best option in a 'they might get 1 or 2 points if they're lucky' way. It's no "Boyfriend".

Perhaps two contests in a row is 'overload', but she was last used (and flopped) in XIV before that. The way I see it, Rich will send "One Love" if I go for Jade. (:() and if Rob gets back to confirm he'll probably send "Punching Out" if I send something else. I just think either way both songs are likely to be sent this month.

Yeah, I think I gave Le Kid something and perhaps Infernal got a point in the semi, but that's about it. Everything you've sent, apart from Serebro, has been on the extreme side of cheesy. Infernal, Alcazar and Alphabeat are probably in the first 5 acts I think of when I'm asked to name a cheesy act.

 

I would have sent her, but I thought it might be a bit cheap. But now I realise sending an old #11 hit is probably cheaper than an upcoming single that will be lucky to make the top 75. :nocheer: I will most likely send her to XXI or XXII, once I've got the album.

if My Man had DNQ'd, then it wouldn't seem quite as bad, but it came 4th in the final!!! I loved Got My Sh*t Together actually, I'm sure I gave it 8 points, and My Man only got 1...I'd give Punching Out a few points perhaps, although maybe not...it's already wearing off, the production is far too generic for its own good
