Not the actual moment of death though....

And, anyway, sorry, but just what the fukk makes her so bloody important anyway... I mean, sorry, is she fukkin' Princess Di or summat....? Wendy Richards has just died of cancer as well, we didn't go around filming her funeral or making a bloody media spectacle out of that one did we....? What, Wendy Richards and her LIFE LONG acting career since the early 70s during which time she's acted in one of the most loved comedy shows of all time and one of the longest running soaps in the world, not as fukkin' important as Jade bloody Godly is it.....? <_< <_<

To quote something I saw elsewhere on the internet

"Wendy Richards is dead?

I never even knew she had cancer, what with the lack of a TV series documenting her illness, and no constant whoring of herself and her illness in the tabloids day in day out.

Dying with dignity? How dare she!"

I really am past caring with Jade Gody now.At first I did feel a bit sorry for her and thought it was said, if someone old me she'd died now I doubt I'd even change my facial expression or stop what I'm doing...

I agree.

But I guess if she was more like David Beckham who gives an estimated £2 million of his earnings per year to his own Children's Charity or Cristiano Ronaldo who was given the weekend off to be back in Portugal to open an Cancer hospital wing that he had paid for (costing €4.3 million) after his mother suffered from this illness or Lance Armstrong who set up his own Cancer Foundation which has so far raised $90 million in 12 years she would be more despised and ridiculed by the UK press, media & public.

At first I did feel a bit sorry for her and thought it was said, if someone old me she'd died now I doubt I'd even change my facial expression or stop what I'm doing...

Pretty much how I feel as well tbh.....

Anyone else think that the "attacker" was staged to help get even more sympathy for Jade ? a Clifford "plant"

No one charged, no one reported acting suspiciously in the patients area before the "attack", how did this person know that the room was empty unless she was staking it out ? would not a single nurse or doctor have noticed a woman acting suspiciously ?

Set up if ever there was one

You have a point tbh, it all sounds incredibly dodgy to me..... And, frankly, I'd put nothing past Max Clifford.....

Max Clifford has said that Jade Goody's life story may eventually be adapted for the big screen.

The publicist told The Daily Telegraph that Simon Cowell had informed him of the rising interest in Goody across the Atlantic.

Clifford said: "Practically everyone is asking him how Jade is doing. All the celebrities he meets have been following her story on TV and in newspapers and magazines.

"She has achieved so much by simply being herself and telling people just how it is. That's the most refreshing thing about Jade - her honesty.

"When a story becomes this big, the more chance there is about something like [a film]happening."

Los Angeles-based PR professional Michael Sands said: "Hollywood loves a heartwarming inspirational story, especially about someone who has turned their life around such as Jade."

Really? I mean REALLY? Is this really needed? Im not saying Jade had anything to do with this but it has something to do with the over-exposure of her battle as well as the corrupt corporate machine that is Hollywood

Noel Gallagher has slammed constant press coverage of Jade Goody as 'embarrassing for Britain'.

NME.com 09/03/09

The Oasis star claimed that the plight of the dying reality TV star has been given undue attention in light of the country's current economic problems.

"I was watching the TV today and they're all outside her house," he told The Sun.

"There's a global crisis apparently going on, and it's 'Jack Straw, could you have a look at this?' Max Clifford somehow manages to shape the mood of the nation.

"I mean, I’ve got f**k all against Jade Goody, that's nothing to do with me. But it bends my head. That, to me, sums up in one tiny five-minute thing on the news what an embarrassing place Britain is right now.

"You might as well shut Number 10 Downing Street down and get Max Clifford to run the country."

Clifford recently admitted that he was "instinctively" uneasy about continuing coverage of the former Big Brother contestant.

Do you agree with Noel Gallagher or do you agree with The Sun newsreader condemning the Oasis songwriter for being "a foul mouthed bully for abusing this brave heroic woman?"

I know it's not right but I would probably enjoy Jade's life story as a film. Despite her life being spread across magazines, TV and newspapers I actually don't know that much about her life before BB but you almost couldn't write what has happened since then. (events wise, practically everything she's done since BB has been reported on)

Woman goes on reality program > finishes in a fairly average place > her personality helps her become one of the biggest 'stars' from the show ever > years later she returns to the 'celebrity' version of the show > makes stupid comments > people hate her, she's left with almost nothing > tries to makes amends by going on the Indian version of the show > quickly finds out she has terminal cancer.

I'm not great with words but there's got to be something vaguely interesting to note about that and it almost has a moral about greed/desperation for fame. The first time she went on Big Brother her life changed for the better but every time after that it just got worse for her life.

Maybe I'm just being crazy, the film would probably paint her out to be some angel and it'll be interesting for the kids when they grow up...

Noel Gallagher is utterly spot on, especially the bold part...... He took the words right out of my mouth.....

It shouldn't be a Hollywood film... I would rather prefer a Louis Theroux or Nick Broomfield style documentary dissection of the whole Jade/Big Brother/Max Clifford 'axis of evil' personally, which would actually ask serious questions of celeb culture and the media.....

in my view, this is extremely sad news.

for starters, she is such a young age (27, i think?) and i wouldn't wish cancer on anyone so young

secondly, she has a lot to live for. 2 boys (bobby and freddy) who i hope are well looked after by either jeff brasier or jack tweed.

i think she's gone through a lot. what with the weekend christening and the goal of raising as much money as she can for her boys.

i just heard in the news about someone confronting her with a hammer, anyone got a link to the story?

Not the actual moment of death though....

but nobodies said jade will have her death filmed ... it was a misunderstanding when she said shed lived in the spotlight and will die in it.... not literally, but her decline will be filmed.

of course hes right, i dont blame jade goody herself for all this attention, its the press and the morons following her life that has caused this. i still believe its her decision, if people are stupid enough to want to watch her, give her the oxygen of publicity, then thats her choice.

its just a sad state of affairs that this situation has arisen. (celeb worship in mean)

I could not disagree any further.

If the public are worshipping her as the Rupert Murdoch/Max Clifford led media would have you believe then how come just 3.9 million viewers watched the ITV special on her at prime time 8pm - 8:30pm last night?

That was 0.7 million LESS than what watched the equivalent programme (Pets Undercover: Tonight) in that slot last week.

sorry, i dont get what you are disagreeing with me about.... we are both condemning the press/media/fans , the only point we dont agree on is whether or not jade herself should be courting the media...

isnt 4 million enough? i bet 'hello' 'heat' 'ok' would like to shift 4 million units a publication, it doesnt take a very high percentage of the population to cause a media stir...

anyway she will be dead soon.

Jade has 19% on an MSN poll about who is the most respected celebrity.

What an INSPIRATION!
