No cause the very first report was 'slight bruising'...I wouldn't class that as horrific...the injuries just escalated from there...no one actually knows what injuries she has...no one knows if he has any injuries either cause there have been no facts and no one has seen either of them I'm not saying it cause I'm a CB fan...if it was someone else that hit her or whatever I would still be saying all this stuff...cause no one waits for the facts they are too quick to assume everything...And like I said, if she hit him first and it was just a reflex thing then he probs won't go to jail...and if she did hit him first why are people treating that like it's ok?? You can't hit someone and expect them to take it and not do anything back Listen to this...people should take his advice: "This is a time where they need to be left alone and if they have things they need to work out, work it out." Due to Calfornian Law, if Rihanna hit him, she would have been arrested as well...so it's safe to say she didn't. The police sources have not stated he had any injuries and he didnt claim she did either when arrested {and his lawyers would have told him to mention it if she had, not only to help save a lil of his career but also to help his case when they go to trial, cos it won't help if he tries to bring it up later}, so it's safe to say she didnt

Err, in answer to your bail argument, of course he would get bail [they are offer bail for this felony crimes in Calfornia], as normal people on those charges are offered it...but can't usually find $50,000 lying around! :rolleyes: Tbh, with regards to the police sources, the leaking rings true [unless of course you want to defend him at all cost]! February 15, 200916 yr We can all have our own opinions at the end of the day on this situtaion but in reality none of us are any closer to the truth than we were when we first heard about it...and I don't think either Chris or Rihanna will release statement anytime soon, so until they do or until the DA make a decision the media is just going to continue to milk this unfortunate situation for all it's worth.
