I don't expect them to make an announcement, they'll probably just go away for another endless years after the tour.
I pretty much accepted this once that page from Cheryl's book was leaked. I like the sound of extra tour dates though as I'm yet to get tickets.
Im not surprised but i would hope it isnt true, i think they are crazy to split. I cant see any of them having huge success as solo artsts in the future, Cheryl did well but her solo fame has faded, her recent album totally under performed. I knw im biased as i like them as group but why dont these pop groups learn from previous groups, they all reform down the road hoping for success but it doesnt happen with the exception of Take That.

That article is written awfully! He actually got paid to write that?!

Whether it's true or not, that was clearly written using old information. Still sad either way.

I think the article is a load of shit, but I do fully expect it to be the last thing they do, as it seems they really don't care all that much. I would loved to be proved wrong though, also the tour better be bloody amazing.

“They all felt it wasn't right for them to be singing songs like Love Machine and performing the same way when they’re in their thirties.

What a load of rubbish. They had tones of fun performing Love Machine on Live Lounge and Graham Norton. And only 2/5 are actually in their thirties! :P

I really don't trust that article. I'll wait until they confirm it themselves, thank you!

To be fair, it wouldn't make much of a difference if they did split up. Gone are the days of making massive hits such as Love Machine and Biology. :( I doubt they'd ever come back with a song that is as strong as Something New anyway.

It is a shame, but I'm not honestly sure where they'd go from here.

The saddest part is we'll still get solo Cheryl existing in the place of potential pop brilliance from the Aloud. :(
