A triumphant return for Kelly Clarkson whose new single, My Life Would Suck Without You (RCA) has sky rocketed straight to number one this week.

Despite a hiatus from the charts, current sales figures put Clarkson ahead of debut talent Taylor Swift, who is currently in second place with her debut UK single, Love Story (Mercury). Elsewhere inside the top ten, Lady Gaga is making her presence felt again with new single, Poker Face, climbing to six and TI featuring Justin Timberlake climbing to seventh place with Dead And Gone (Polydor).

Their Brits performance is having a positive impact on Take That’s sales and latest single, Up All Night (Polydor), re-enters the top twenty this week.

On the albums front it’s another big week for the independents as The Prodigy storm to the top spot with their fifth studio album, Invaders Must Die (Take Me To The Hospital/Cooking Vinyl). The album is their first since Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned in 2004, and first since departing XL. Sales currently more than double those of Kings Of Leon who are in second place with Only By The Night (Columbia).

Also entering the top ten this week is Lamb Of God, whose new studio album, Wrath (Roadrunner) is currently at sixth place.

Making a strong entry to the top twenty this week is bluesman Joe Bonamassa, whose latest independently released album, The Ballad Of John Henry is currently at twelve via the small Provogue label.

[03] Please be patient when you are asking for a request, as you might not get an answer straight away.

[04] Any member asking for information that isn't in the updates we don't have, always read the topic before you post, I do not want to see questions like Where is Britney? repeated several times on every page of the thread, once is enough, bookmark the page if you don't have time to read all of the topic. Its not that hard.

[05] Do not use BLOCK CAPITALS when posting a sentence its considered as shouting and rude.

[06] Do not use Text Talk.

[07] Do not use a light colour font when posting please its hard to read the topic, not everyone has 100% vision.

[08] Please give a mention to who posted the chart info or the site name where you seen the mid info if you are copying and posting the chart info elsewhere, it takes forever trying to re-edit all the information up for you to see.

[09] Finally, please do not post lists, or sales info unless you are told to by myself or a chart mod, if you do have sales info that you wish to share round them off to the nearest thousand and name your source, do not post precise sales figures.

I predict Kelly and Taylor will take the Top 2 spots and Poker Face will be Top 10, possibly Top 5.

I predict:

1. Kelly Clarkson (NEW)

2. Taylor Swift (22)

3. Kings Of Leon (3)

4. Lily Allen (1)

5. T.I. feat Justin Timberlake (17)

6. Lady GaGa - Poker Face (15)

7. Lady GaGa - Just Dance (2)

8. Shontelle (6)

9. Pussycat Dolls (10)

10. Alesha Dixon (5)

Prodigy to top the album chart although Kings Of Leon and Elbow are both a fiver in Asda this week, sold a hell of a lot of KOL yesterday

I predict:

1. U2 maybe or Kelly Clarkson

2. Taylor Swift

3. T.I. feat Justin Timberlake

4. Lily Allen

5. Lady GaGa - Poker Face

6. Lady GaGa - Just Dance

7. Kings Of Leon

8. Shontelle

9. Alesha Dixon

10. Pussycat Dolls
