March 30, 200916 yr Pah <_< Maybe Snow Patrol are hoping to become really big in Eastern Europe and sell loads of records by supporting U2 there. Whereas they are already mega-big in Western Europe anyway so wouldn't have so much to gain by supporting U2 there. That's my theory anyway. Support acts usually do it for the exposure don't they? :unsure:

Following the announcement earlier this month of the Patrol supporting U2 at a handful of shows on their European tour, we are delighted to confirm an additional six dates, including three shows in North America.
