Posted March 15, 200916 yr Despite having a UK # 1, Swedish producer Kleerup is still all but unknown to most pop audiences. Look for that to change in May with the UK release of his self-titled debut record. For those who downloaded or paid import prices for the Swedish version of the album, there are reasons to be excited (or annoyed, depending on your outlook) about Kleerup. In this upcoming UK version, Kleerup has taken three tracks out and inserted five new joints. The album is still collab-heavy though, with tunes featuring Scandinavian talent such as Lykke Li, Marit Bergman, Titiyo and—of course—Robyn. Kleerup's production work on Robyn's "With Every Heartbeat" earned both that aforementioned UK #1 and had a lot to do with Positiva's decision to release the album in the UK. Like "With Every Heartbeat," much of the album mixes deeply emotional electronics and the human voice—whether it be that aforementioned quartet of Swedish females or Kleerup himself ("On My Own Again," "Misery"). 01. Is Sweden's favourite druggy DJ going to be a hit here?

March 15, 200916 yr Ooh looks like some new tracks will be on it :D Can't see the success of 'With Every Heartbeat' ever being matched again but i do like '3am' and 'Thankyou For Nothing'. 'Longing For Lullabies' is ok but just a bit to bland really. Edited March 15, 200916 yr by Conor
