No doubting it deserved better but then again she need to find a strong song again.

No it def deserved more. maybe not top5 but def somewhere in top 10.

When I first heard it and saw the video I was so sure that this would be the song that could finally give her a strong chance of a shot at #1 or a big hit, and everyone seemed to love it in the beginning.

 

Now look how it's turned out. :(

The video was releasd far to early far a start. I know i keep saying it but her only chance of number 1 was the neon light stuff. Nothing since has even been as good quality.

you just neve rknow how songs will do,,sometimes you have what u think a great song but it doesnt do well,,,for me i thought sin sin sin by robbie williams was his best single in ages,,and look what happened it ended up been his worst performing single

 

love at first sight by kylie i was sure that would have went number 1,,although i think love at first sight should have been the 2nd single of fever and in your eyes should have been third

sin sin sin got no promotion. i didnt even now it was out till the midweeks and in your eyes deserved no1. I love that song.

true but robbie usually has a strong enough fan base alone to get him top 10 promo or not,,,i think him not doing any of the take that re union may have gone against him a little bit to,,

 

i love in your eyes myself but i think if they were released the other way round it would have been a definite number 2 or even number 1 and love at first sight could have been number 1 ratherthan number 1

i know your a sugababes fan dannyboy,,,i know the had a terrible position of 32 last week ,,this week they are 42 which isnt bad as after such a low entry last week i would have expected a bigger fall so it could hang around the charts for a few week yet

its a small blip. wait till they release new material.

there next single will def go top 5 if not number 1,,although im not a fan i know they have many top 10 hits left in them yet,,also there greatest hits could possibly give them a 2nd number 1 album

So Under Pressure is quite good but No.20 is about right when you compare it to some of her other classic singles...

well so under pressure is now danii's 14 uk top 20 hit,,,,19th top 40 hit and 20th top 50 hit

I don't think it deserved to do better. I'm not sure mid-tempo dance tracks really work.

 

Some other new songs on 'Hits and Beyond' are stronger.

The best part of SUP is the key change "Im gonna shout, its the blow out" other than that, average pop song. Not bad, not great. a good album track. But not single worthy. However, when it first started getting play on the television I thought it was amazing. It is true though with dannii's past few singles. You want them to chart high because you want dannii to do well, not because they are exceptionally good songs. If SUP charted at 14, i'd say it was a fair position for the song it is. 20 is a dissapointment.

I thought 'So Under Pressure' was #1 worthy really.

 

It's funny how in the beginning lots of people were claiming this to be amazing, now it's flopped people are saying it's "average". I've seen that happen a lot on the official Dannii forum too.

I did think it was amazing before it came out but my oppinion honestly hasn't changed just because of how its charted. I think it was just the buzz of a new dannii song. Considering her last song before SUP was in october of 05. If she released the riff & rays mix as an edit of SUP now that would have been number 1 worthy for sure!

This wasn't one of her best, and the chart position reflects it. So no, she didn't deserve better.

well i for one havnt changed my opinion on so under pressure because it made number 20,,i always thought it was an average song
