A voicemail apparently left by Britney Spears for a lawyer has surfaced online, in which the singer alleges that her father threatened to take her children away from her.

 

In the voicemail, Spears appears to be asking for legal help to have her father removed as conservator of her estate saying:

 

"Hi my name's Britney Spears. I called you earlier. I'm calling again because I just wanted to make sure that during the process of the eliminating the conservatorship that my father has threatened me several times, that you know, he'll take my children away. I just want to be guaranteed that everything will be fine with the process and that you guys are taking care of everything, that things will stay the same as far as my custodial time. That's it, bye.

 

The recording has appeared on several websites, but so far no comment has emerged from Spears’ father, or his lawyers.

Wondered when someone was going to post this...doesnt sound like her that much on the voicemail but can never be too sure.

Without sounding like a crazy fan who really doesn't want to admit the truth: I honestly don't think it's her voice. It doesn't sound very Southern, and it's too low? And I think if it's not real, it's a pretty sick prank.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was her but I kind of doubt it actually is. :lol: I'd think she'd be sick of the conservatorship by now anyways but it has helped her a lot. Jamie is that kind of person to threaten people and go into a p***-capade a la forcing BreatheHeavy.com to close. -_-
