April 1, 200917 yr Author Don't think there was any sales data missing yesterday - all the movements in today's chart look entirely normal. I agree now, but I still don't know where the Sats sales for Up come from, at least they have fallen 2 places today
April 1, 200917 yr I agree now, but I still don't know where the Sats sales for Up come from, at least they have fallen 2 places today I think they have 2 version charting on iTunes, so that would explain how they're in the top 40 of the chart but not top 40 on iTunes. But even that doesn't explain how its suddenly shot back up into the top 40 - although its chart run does suggest a resurgence is on the cards .... {5}-6-7-13-18-22-26-29-35-45-35-29-32-33-32-37-37-27-40-36-45-48-52-45 Is it being used in an advert / to promote anything? Or is it just simply that its easily the best Saturdays song by a country mile and is hanging around the chart on that basis alone?
April 1, 200917 yr There are ads on for the album at the moment. I guess people seeing the clips of all the singles on it and are saying "screw the album, i'll just download Up" :heehee:
April 1, 200917 yr There are ads on for the album at the moment. I guess people seeing the clips of all the singles on it and are saying "screw the album, i'll just download Up" :heehee: Hehe, that's what I'd probably do if I hadn't already downloaded Up! :heehee: "Up" could be like a "Use Somebody" / "Sex On Fire" type track in that it just bounces around the top 40/75 (Top 20/40 for US/SOF) for ages.
