Lievant begins preparations for BJSC XVII

After exiting in BJSC XVI, Lievant have begun to make preparations for the next contest. Even with voices blaming the exit on the country's unopenness to it's fellow participants, and an autocratic way of choosing an act, it remains to be seen what will change, if anything.
