April 18, 200916 yr loved the peter green era, but not so keen on their post green material, thought they became pretty boring tbh as they drifted into AOR/MOR.
April 18, 200916 yr The days of Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer were the golden days for me in terms of Fleetwoood Mac Although I do have The Chain as my mobile ringtone and it is an immortal song in terms of F1
April 18, 200916 yr Always been a huge fan of them in both eras. Loved Oh well, Man of the world & albatross...but also liked the Rumours era and Tango in the night, got 4 or 5 of their albums.
April 21, 200916 yr I never really listened to 'em much apart from Tusk (the single) which I absolutely loved when I was a kid. I then read a book given away with the Melody Maker back in the 90s where writers reviewed some of the great lost albums. Included was Gene Clark's No Other, ABBA's The Visitors and Fleetwod Mac's Tusk, all of which I gave a listen to and all of which I think are really good albums. I have never listened much to any of their other stuff but I think I do have a Greatest Hits knocking about somewhere.
