Courteney, Alanis and Jennifer have all had children so their bodies will look different to women like Katy Perry, Gaga and Rihanna who haven't.

Courteney's boobs are pretty much the same size as they were in the 90's, having her daughter made them a bit bigger.

I don't see you two saying Katy/Gaga/Rihanna have had surgeory despite them having flat stomachs, smooth skin and "perfect" boobs.

And Kylie looks incredible considering she has had cancer.

 

As for Brandon and Brian, well you are both jealous because they are both really handsome :P
