I did hear her say that she will be releasing a new album, but I'm hoping that The Fame Monster will still be released.

Alejandro and Dance In The Dark have been confirmed to be released as digital promotional singles from The Fame Monster. They will be avaliable worldwide from November 9.

The re-release IS cancelled, the album will be released as a stand-alone 8 track EP instead :). Cheaper so it works out better for us :D

 

It's not cancelled according to Cherry Tree Record's twitter:

Yes it appears TFM is going ahead BUT she will make the 8 new songs available to buy seperately as well to save fans spending the money.

 

So basically if you have The Fame and really dont want a second copy you can get this.

Please can someone PM the CDQ links to 'Alejandro' and 'Dance in the Dark'? I don't get paid 'til Thursday and I cannot wait until then to buy them.
Seems like The Fame Monster is going ahead but she thought it was too expensive for her fans to buy again so Monster will come out on its own too with just those tracks. That's my understanding of it.

 

That's how I understood it too. And I don't have "The Fame", so should it work out cheaper to get the 2-disc edition of "The Fame Monster" than getting "The Fame" & the 1-disc edition of "The Fame Monster"?

 

Oh im so happy they are releasing it as an 8 track EP for the people who already have the album....as there was no way i was buying the album again lol

It is getting released seperately as a 8 track EP, but also another version will be avaliable including The Fame.

Telephone had better be amazing because VP is vile. Gutted GaGa has her name to this awful mess.

I know that is the plan, but i can't find the EP for sale anywhere for me to preorder it, and it is released in less than 2 weeks. So I'm wondering whether it is actually going ahead or not afterall! :unsure:
