So is The Fame Monster going to chart as The Fame? The separate 8-track EP will not be sold in the UK and the original plan is going ahead...

But it's still being released as a 2-disc edition? That would be ok for me, as I don't have "The Fame". She can't really cancel it completely this late on, it would mess up a load of christmas list's

Gaga has said in an interview 'Sppechless' will be a single

I find that song a bit boring :(

In a perfect world, there would be 5 singles in the following order:

1) Alejandro

2) Dance In The Dark

3) Monster

4) Bad Romance

5) Telephone

He said Eh Eh...

:drama: Okay, wow, finding some time in between a study break to do a little review:

Alejandro

Prefer this to Bad Romance. It's very Euro. The intro is so grabbing and like amaze, love GaGa's talking voice almost as much as her singing voice. The backing has such an effect on me, my gosh, when she's singing the verses and bridge with that backing I get absolute goosebumps. The chorus is so fun and sing-along-y. This song is the type of the song that almost any other pop star would avoid doing in fear of flopping but being as talented as she is GaGa completely aced it. :P It would be better off as an album track though, I don't see enough commercial appeal to it in comparison to Monster or Dance In The Dark but probably the best album track since my ultimate favourite GaGa song - I Like It Rough. 10/10

Bad Romance

It sure took a while for most of the forum to catch onto the hype I was making about this song but in the end it seems everyone has. :) Definitely the most bizzare of songs, but that's the GaGa we know and love. The lyrics are f***ing outstanding, I can't begin to explain how much I respect GaGa as an artist. The underlying Women Trafficing theme is so admirable and probably a first in the history of music? She really portrays the image perfectly in both the lyrics and the music video (which IS the video of the century :heehee:). I prefer the verses to the chorus again in this song though. The new version's chorus is a bit too overwhelming at times for me as well as the new version's bridge and call-response in the last chorus. But that critique only lost it half a mark in my rating. 9.5/10

Dance In The Dark

A personal past experience of GaGa inspired this? :snif: This song blew me away on first listen. A depression theme with genius lyrics, namely the epic bridge. Prefer the chorus, it's more toned down and simple which is what I usually prefer. It's very 80's/90's dance in the backing which fits perfectly. Also loved how she didn't go all overboard in the final chorus and let the outro and music do the talking. The bass is brilliant as well as the vocoded "d-d" Whenever I rock bottom I'll just dance in the dark, with this song as my light ahh. 10/10

Monster

Don't call me a lo0n. The sampling of the Just Dance HCCR Bamboosa Remix in the intro was ace. She sounds very Madonna on this actually in places. Electropop paradise crammed into one monster of a song. The chorus is probably the best out of all the songs. Vocoded responses are soo catchy too. The chorus build-ups are also really strong points and GaGa's backing vocals bring be back to the extraordinary ones of I Like It Rough. The lyrics again, sad, but it seems that's the album's concept bar Telephone and Teeth. I could listen to this all day TBH. Timeless. Epic. Among her best of which I can't even begin to pick a favourite anymore. If there were a 3rd single, this is what it HAS to be.

So I Happy I Could Die

This makes Eh Eh look like a complete demo. It's got like a mysterious eery feel to it. Almost like floating on a cloud lawlz. Very remixable although it's dancey enough and to an extent summery. I can't think of anymore to elaborate on, it's breathtaking. :snif: 10/10

Speechless

The title explains the reaction. Soo beautiful, catchy, cute. Her best ballad. The ad-libs  Really showing off her voice. The American cowgirl accent it is so contageous and it really works for her. And the fact everything on the song was done solely by her, the writing, the vocals and the piano definitely ranks her up as one of the most talented pop artists of all time, well for me. I still need to get used to this side of GaGa music, it's not the song I'd skip right to to hear so I guess thats a little critique I can give it and probably one that will fade away too. 9.5/10

Teeth

Broadway pop rock. Is that even a genre lol? Or is GaGa inventing more value for the art of music. OMG I seriously LOL at this out of love for it's randomness. It seems to lack a chorus but the catchline is great enough to make up for that. GaGa you are beyond original, a goddess. FACT. 9.5/10

Telephone

GaGa and Beyoncé, without a doubt the two biggest stars in the world at the moment. GaGa outshines Bey on both this and on Video Phone. The concept is so well constructed in the song and those vocoded parts "stop telephoning me i'm busy" really are the cherry on top of heaven cake. Beyoncé is just so random in the song it feels like a whole new song starts when she comes in but she improves later on. Chorus simple and catchy very up and down in key which makes it that catchy actually and the verse after the first and last chorus. .glory :o 10/10

He said Eh Eh...

eh eh does look like paparazzi :kink: Steve fail

 i totally forgot about Eh Eh. I read it as eh she has released 1 and it flopped.

With eh meaning erm.

she did and eh eh flopped harder than shamu

Eh Eh is not really slow. It's a mid-tempo electro cutesy (lol)
