Downloads count towards BB200, it's called a TEA (track equivalent album). 10 song sales from an album are equivalent to one purchase of the album.

 

 

So if The Fame Monster (Deluxe) songs sell 10k combined this week, that's equivalent to 1k albums sold on BB200, which means a lot since sales are pretty close in the Top 200.
