I’m sure it’ll be back again in the not too distant future. Any future weeks now is just a bonus as it’s already on 3million+ sales here.

I would think it returns when the huge summer concerts and festivals are done, perhaps in August/September at the latest.

Either then or when the Chromatica Ball film drops it could get a boost then as they were quite a few The Fame / The Fame Monster tracks on the setlist. I bet it was pretty much just outside too!
