May 14, 200916 yr Good Luck to Ireland, Estonia, Slovenia and Albania! If those four go through it'll be perfect. Even though Ireland is first.......last year the first semi had alot of songs qualify from the late positions but the second semi was the oppisite (qualifying from Early in the semi) so I don't think performance order is too much of a disadvantage. As long as she and black daisy gives it socks tonight we'll be ok I think Serbia won't make it by the way, just throwing that in thier again :P

May 14, 200916 yr Estonia is in a really good position so they could do better than expected in the votes....
May 14, 200916 yr I agree. I wouldn't be surprised to see Estonia top 3. But I am SURE Serbia is going through. Isn't this WAY EARLY to start the thread though? I haven't had breakfast yet :kink:

May 14, 200916 yr I think www.eurovision.tv has a feed. BBC does, but I think it's OK only. This is my top 10 prediction 1. Ukraine 2. Norway 3. Estonia 4. Greece 5. Moldova 6. Lithuania 7. Azerbaijan 8. Slovenia 9. Albania 10. Serbia Though I'm not sure about the last two, it could be Denmark, but I think they will just miss, Latvia, Hungary or Ireland (if they really pull it out the bag) are also possible.
May 14, 200916 yr It's a bit unfair tbh :( I can't even imagine not watching the other Semi we're not in :o btw, have increased the money balance on my cell phone so i can vote now :kink: On the other hand, only 2 countries will be voted by me, as i decided to do now :drama: norway and ukraine ftw
May 14, 200916 yr I think so Aled, more of the favourites are in it, but I think it will take a while to pick up... May 14, 200916 yr My thoughts... Croatia - Qualifier, but bottom ten on Saturday... Ireland - Potential qualifier, depending on the performance. Latvia - I hope to god that this doesn't qualify...but it has the advantage of three neighbours voting (EST, LIT and RUS) though, as well as any deaf people :( Serbia - I reckon this'll be a shock DNQ! Poland - Won't qualify. Norway - Will qualify. Cyprus - Potential Qer... Slovakia - Won't qualify. Denmark - Low bottom ten or jury vote for this one! Slovenia - Ditto Denmark, but an awful performance will ditch this one. Hungary - Will probably miss out. Azerbaijan - Will qualify. Greece - Will qualify. Lithuania - Likely qualifier. Moldova - Will qualify. Albania - Probable Qer... Ukraine - Will qualify. Estonia - Will qualify. Netherlands - Will do a Denmark 2007. THANK GOD. As such, I predict the following to qualify! Croatia Norway Denmark Azerbaijan Greece Lithuania Moldova Albania Ukraine Estonia Ireland will probably screw up the performance :( Very Eastern-based looking at it though! :o
May 14, 200916 yr I don't see a reason why Sinead and Black Daisy will do badly on the performance........all the times before I'd seen them they put in strong performances and even in the second rehearsal it was pretty good (apart from one bum note I noticed at one of the et ceteras) It will depend on the performance though but I think they'll pull it out of the bag from the performance side of things. We'll probably get points from Norway, Denmark, Russia (maybe maybe), Estonia, Netherlands and maybe one or two others. I'm not expecting us to get anything from Ukraine, Albania, Croatia, Greece or those type of countries.......but who knows? I think we're going to make it but at the same time I'm being cautious.
May 14, 200916 yr Ireland are a very hit and miss nation this year...I hope they'll scrape through, and their performance this afternoon was very good, but going 2nd will really damage them...
