I read that this was the jury for the semis.. I think our final jury could be different... if not it's clear we're not takingi t that seriously yet... :nocheer:

Why do they have to be well known names exactly?

 

Why does somebody with celebrity status necessarily know more than somebody who hasn't?

Nobody said they have to be well-known names Peter :P People I imagine are just shocked that the BBC didn't go down the John Barrowman (obv he can't do it though, but you know what I mean :P) route...
I'm not saying they had to have a celebrity panel, but who are these people? What are their credentials? Why should they be judging for the UK? At least with celebrities, you know what you're getting...

Which in this day and age, is uncredible and flawed opinions.

 

It would be reassuring to know their roles and credentials though, agreed.
