This is like the only upbeat song in the album :heehee:

Speaking of that, it's a good choice for the next single. :)

As with most of this album, the track grew on me pretty quickly, but I'm already getting bored with it :(

On wow, love this track so glad its a single, much better than Moon and Moon which was the next intended single after Daniel. Two Suns has to be my favourite album of the year so far. I just hope Bat For Lashes gets nominated for the Mercury Album Awards, as the albums for the Mercury Prize have to be in by this Monday, hopefully Two Suns gets picked up.

Hopefully Glass will be the next single after Pearl's Dream.

Superb song

I really like it!

The bassline reminds me a bit of "Running Up That Hill" by Kate Bush

If radio got behind this single and wangled it into the public's consciousness, this would be a massive hit single...as it is, they won't, so it won't be.

It's fantastic, though - great video for the best song on the album. Brilliant.

Glass is amazing, it needs to be the next single.

A brilliant song from a great album.

It will be a travesty if Two Suns is not nominated for the Mercury Music Award this year. (Mind you those numpties on the panel previously omitted near certs Kate Bush - Aerial & Portishead - Third in previous years so anything is possible.)

The Mercury Prize is a joke tbh. There hasn't been a good winner since 'I Am a Bird Now'. The only really good album even nominated last year was 'Untrue' by Burial, though 2008 was fairly lacking in terms of British music.
I don't think this album is as good as 'Fur & Gold' so it definitely shouldn't win! I don't think it's that strong an album. And Elbow totally deserved it last year.

I'm seeing her live in August. Excited.

And Elbow did not deserve the award whatsoever. :/ Wasn't unexpected though. Burial's album 'Untrue' should have easily won. Such a complex, beautiful, emotional, and creative album compared to Elbow's release, which was just an average album. Simply 'okay'.

And I can only assume Two Suns will nominated, considering Fur and Gold was and Two Suns is a far more cohesive and better album. :3 I just wish all the tracks had the high caliber of Daniel, Sleep Alone, and Glass. I've found that the tracks on Two Suns are either stunning or meh.
