August 11, 200915 yr Author It just shows they tell you a load of rubbish. I phoned last night and was told there was no tracking number so they deffo hadn't been sent out yet. I had paid an extra £5 for secure delivery. With that you are supposed to get an E-Mail from Ticketmaster confirming dispatch and giving a Royal Mail tracking number so you can check their progress on the Royal Mail website. And of course you need to sign for them on delivery. So I arrive home tonight. Still no E-mail from Ticketmaster and tickets had just been put through the letterbox :rolleyes:
