some good news guys,im just finishing up doing my honours degree and i just got word i have been accepted to go on and do a masters in marketing, really didnt expect to get this far and was shocked i was accepted, i applied and was fully sure i would be rejected but i could always say at least i applied,i think a pint or 2 is in order!

I'm currently at home in Florida, Kath.....had a spate ot tornadoes in the area Thursday.....9 in total....much property damage, but, no loss of life, and, a few minor injuries....I missed out on the tornadoes, but, had lots of high winds and sideways rains a good bit of the day Thursday....all is now calm, with the sun out, light breexes, and around 26 C.....

The only disaster I've had was the Cinnamon one where I followed an American imperial measurement recipe instead of a metric one (and even then they tasted gorgeous - they just stuck to my muffin moulds!)

Well, I'm now currently back in school meself, after nearly 30 years away from a formal school setting...going back to school to become a pharmacy technician....the programme I'm enrolled in, and have started classes for, will last until August 2012.....I have 36 weeks of classroom instruction, with 4-6 weeks of clinicals (aka an externship). So far, the classes I'm taking, I have A averages for now, and, if I can manage to keep an 80% average or better throughout the entire course, the school will pay for the certification testing at the end, which would be 300 USD.....it's a bit of a daunting task for me right now, seeing as how long it's been since I've been in any kind of formal school setting....

Didn't knew where to put it, so i thought i will put here: if someone is interested in Mark's solo work and didnt have a chance to buy his gig DVD, is right now on ebay still very cheap in comparation with the price it was before. I bought myself a copy, but i still didn't get it so i still have my suspicion if this is the original thing. From another persons i have seen pics and they say that it is an original. If it is, i am a happy bunny :yahoo: . This DVD is worth only for Mark solo fans and not for TT fans, as his solo style was different if not in sound, in atmosphere. The gig is totally different from a TT gig, and he is different as in TT, so beware! :lol:
