The singer was named the TV personality of the year for her appearances on The X Factor, while her group Girls Aloud was named band of the year. Kylie Minogue was named as woman of the year, with rapper Kanye West picking up the gong for the top man. Katy Perry was recognised as the best newcomer and fellow popstar Adele was named the UK solo artist of the year. The presenter of the year was revealed as Alexa Chung and Fearne Cotton was named radio personality of the year. Former EastEnders and Bionic Woman star Michelle Ryan picked up the prize for best UK TV actress of the year, while the editor's special award went to Estelle.

June 6, 200916 yr Author well she does own a lot of property in australia for sure which shows she does alot of investemnts i know housing is bad right now but for someone in kylie;s position she can hold out til the economy has recovered and sell at a time when prices rise,id say kylie is the type that has invested wisely and has a very secure future set up for herself for when she retires
