Posted June 4, 200916 yr Kylie Minogue has said that her upcoming US concerts are not part of a campaign to break America. The singer told Metro that her first Stateside jaunt has been designed instead as a thank you to her existing fans in the country. Minogue said: "This has been a long time coming for me. People will say it's trying to crack the States again. But it's not. It's not about cracking anything. "For me this will be about giving a big massive thank you to all the loyal fans that have waited so long for me to come over. They've waited too long for this." She added: "I am so excited about the tour later this year! Just can't wait for it so...gosh I can hardly wait to get over there." Minogue has previously admitted that she would not try to crack the US market after the poor performance of her last album X on the Billboard charts.
June 6, 200916 yr Author the american fans i think could be very lucky with this tour as kylie will want to give them the best she possibly can as they have waited so long and have been very loyal to her plus they will be probably much smaller shows/venues than those she plays in the uk for example so it will be a more intimate feeling
