Let Me Entertain You (again)

Robbie Williams is 100 percent guaranteed to be touring the UK late 2009. He personally phoned or emailed each band member this week to get them to block out their diaries for rehearsals/tour etc. Unsure of who will be drumming though, as long standing dude Chris Sharrock is currently with Oasis. This is all to tie in with his "comeback" album (although 'Rudebox' was officially v good) which EMI are utterly desperate to release before the end of the year.

(Jups asks- is this likely? If so, it'll need to be arenas rather than stadia. )

I'm not the one to ask....I can only hope EMI doesn't bollocks up the post production, just to get the album out by the end of the year....would make for bunches of upset fans if the album wasn't up to par....

If the album comes out end of this year, hopefully he will want to promote it with some

sort of concerts.

The album was originally due this year I thought.

Karry Katona's shocking  Robbie revelations

KERRY Katona has revealed how superstar Robbie Williams stripped naked in front of her in a desperate bid for sex.

She said that she enjoyed a passionate night with Robbie shortly after her split with Brian McFadden.

She told how she snogged the Angels singer but decided not to have full sex with him despite his strip.

Kerry, 28, brags: "I didn't have sex with him. I could have. But I wasn't ready to. I regret it now though."

The former Atomic Kitten's night with Robbie happened shortly after Brian walked out on her in 2004.

The duo were spotted having late night chats at a London hotel at the time.

On tonight's episode of Kerry's MTV One show, she tells a pal about the smooch - and says she now wishes she would have slept with Robbie.

And friends have told us how Kerry, in the scenes shot soon after she vowed to divorce hubby Mark Croft over their money problems and bickering, was trying to send out a message to both her bad-boy husband and Robbie - that she just might be up for a bit of fun.

Kerry, joking in a car with the pal on their way for a spa day, says: "I have snogged Robbie Williams - it's official. I've snogged Robbie Williams - I can't believe I have just said that on camera.

"I have snogged Robbie Williams - aaaah! I phoned my mum and said 'mum, Robbie's coming round.'

"She was like 'get in the shower, shave your legs, shave your arm pits.'

"Before I answered the door I want "aaaahaaaha" then 'alright Rob, come on in.'

"And he stripped off. I didn't know what to do. I started dusting.

"But I didn't sleep with him. I didn't have sex with him. I could have!

"But I wasn't ready to. I regret it now ,though."

In 2006 Kerry named Robbie as her big "celebrity crush" saying: "Scientists say playing a Robbie Williams album while having sex helps people lose their inhibitions - I don't need help in that department.

"If I had Robbie Williams in the bedroom that would be a different matter. I wouldn't have him singing though, I would get him to entertain me in the only way he knows how."

And that was two years after the pair were spotted having "heart-to-hearts" as Kerry attempted to get over Brian.

The pal said: "Kerry was joking around about Robbie - but when she said she regrets not sleeping with him, she meant it.

"I mean, who wouldn't? But it wasn't that long after Kerry's big spat with Mark.

"And after all the stories about Mark cheating with other women, she wants him to know she's had her share of offers - from people the likes of Robbie.

"Believe me, if Robbie came knocking now, Kerry would seriously think about giving him a go."

Kerry has been so paranoid about Mark's alleged cheating that last year she hired a team of detectives to watch the homes of his former lovers Louise Oortwyn and Clare Bonello.

Washington, June 6 (ANI): Take That’s Mark Owen has revealed that Robbie Williams often plays the peacemaker when the band has a divided opinion.

The singer said that the group calls the former member to take his advise to settle arguments between Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald.

“Sometimes in a band you have to compromise. I might have an idea about something and Jason might have another idea,” Contactmusic quoted Owen as saying.

“There are four of us, so when we have two on each side, we”ll phone Robbie and say, ”What do you think?” ” he added. B)

The 37-year-old further said that being in the band had been nothing less than going to college and learning about what he loves best.

He added: “I always say that being in Take That was like going to university. I learned about music, bought my first keyboard and wrote my first song. A lot of it was hard work. Trying to learn all those routines - that was hard, but not as hard as having to get up every day and do a proper job.”

Robbie Williams rules out a Take That reunion - for the time being

Robbie Williams has snubbed a Take That return - for fear of seeming desperate to boost his flagging career.

He pondered rejoining their current tour after 14 years away but his managers said no. Jason revealed: "Unfortunately, there's no chance of it this time.

"It would have boosted the show and would have been brilliant, but he's taken advice from his people. When he came back and said it's not right for him, we were in agreement.

"If Robbie came on board some people would say, 'He needs them now'. I hope it happens in the future. I mean that." Band pal Gary ruled out a surprise guest appearance and said: "It's down to him but I'd say definitely not."

A source added: "It's a shame but it could well happen one day."

We take that as a no, Robbie

ROBBIE WILLIAMS will NOT join TAKE THAT on their 20-date UK tour — because he fears it could wreck his career.

The singer, 35, who quit the band in 1995, was considering joining GARY BARLOW and the rest of the group — but ditched the idea after talks with advisers.

JASON ORANGE said: “He came back to us and said it’s not right for him.

"There’s no chance now.”

Thank God for that. Now can the papers just forget about it and move on?

Darts: Taylor storms to title after break at pop star's mansion

Monday, June 08, 2009, 09:00

PHIL Taylor won the Blue Square UK Open in Bolton last night – after putting his feet up with Potteries pop star Robbie Williams.

Following defeat in last month's Whyte & MacKay Premier League semi-finals, Taylor spent a few days with Williams at the pin-up's Wiltshire home and was back to his brilliant best at the Reebok Stadium.

Taylor had not lifted the "FA Cup of Darts" since 2005 and put that right with an 11-6 victory over ice-cool Derby thrower Colin Osborne.

Osborne won the opening three legs, but Taylor roared back to win the next nine to close in on the title.

"I've had a tough six months and a few days staying with Robbie was just what I needed to recharge my batteries," said the 14-time world champion, who finished with a tournament average of 106.66.

"I got pampered for a few days. I had a sauna and a swim and got healthy meals cooked for me.

"Robbie knows all about the pressure I am under, so it's good to meet up with him and have a chat.

"We had a few games of darts – and I told him to stick to singing!"

Taylor added: "Colin started like a train in he final and I thought I wasn't going to get into the game, but he started feeling the pressure.

"It was a hard day's work and I know now that I'm not fit enough. I have to work on that."

After a 9-1 demolition of Lee Williams in the third round, Taylor thrashed Ken Mather 9-3 with a 115.51 average and then blitzed Andy Smith 9-2 to reach the quarter-finals, where he whitewashed Mark Lawrence, a lorry driver from Yorkshire. From the start against Lawrence, Taylor was at his best. The opening four legs produced an astonishing six maximum 180s – Taylor nailing four – and 'The Power' won the lot to take charge.

At that stage, he was on course to eclipse the 116.01 three-dart average achieved against John Part in the Premier League in April – the highest recorded in a televised event. Taylor eventually missed out on that, but only just. He finished the match with a 115.62 average.

He hit back-to-back maximums at the start of the 10th leg to set up the possibility of a nine-dart finish. His seventh missile just missed the treble 20, however, leaving Taylor to complete the whitewash in 10 darts.

He was on course for another whitewash after taking the opening six legs of his semi-final against Ronnie Baxter and after 'The Rocket' won six of the next seven legs, Taylor went on to win 10-6.

Andy 'The Hammer' Hamilton bowed out in the fourth round. The Talke Pits publican was edged out 9-7 by Ray van Barneveld.

Cross Heath's Adrian Lewis lost 9-3 to Mark Walsh in the same round, and Blythe Bridge scaffolder Mark Frost went out at the same stage after a 9-8 loss to Dennis Priestley.
