July 5, 200916 yr I honestly feel Murray has since the beginning of his career ALWAYS planned to win this year's US Open as his first Slam. He's said numerous times through his career that he expected to win first in the US, and I also remember he said in an interview in late 2007 that he expected 2009 to be the earliest that he'd win a Slam. Obviously, I'm not saying he deliberately lost today, but I do feel that on some level he knew he wou;dn't win this tournament. I'm glad he lost and hope he disappears up his own backside and never wins a Grand Slam. I hate the guy and many others do too, going by the numbers on other forums who were wanting him to lose against Roddick. Shoudn't have dissed the England soccer team. Edited July 5, 200916 yr by Crazy Chris
July 5, 200916 yr Federer will win today Bit of a tainted win as no Nadal who if fit would have wiped the floor with him but you can only beat what is infront of you and fair play to Federer if he wins
July 5, 200916 yr Brilliant game! Was really rooting for Roddick, I was sure he would win after he broke Federer for the 2nd time. But great game!
