October 2, 200915 yr Well, there's a rumour going around now that she's going to be doing a solo tour with Adam Lambert as the supporting act instead, with dates to be announced later in the week. :o So maybe it's for the better, and the tour name Fame Kills will most likely be scrapped with it. Kanye's fans in particular must be throwing their toys out the cot about this LOL.
October 2, 200915 yr This seems quite sensible, a solo tour (which she's just confirmed :) ) would be better even if there wasn't any Kanye drama anyway. TMZ.com - If Kanye West doesn't regret hijacking Taylor Swift, he will now - we're told his concert tour with Lady GaGa was scrapped because ticket sales sucked. And "sucked" happens to be a nicer version of the word we were told. And not only that - our insiders say another factor in the cancellation was West and GaGa's people were at each other's throats like their last name were Gosselin. When it came down to it, we're told GaGa decided she'd be be better off playing smaller venues ... And far from the headache caused by Kanye's ever present drama.
October 3, 200915 yr the only time i'll ever be happy to see a gaga concert canceled, im sorry but ive always despised kanye as a person, and as much as i love gaga i couldnt see myself spending money to sit through his performances and pretend to enjoy it she's better off touring by herself, which she seems to being doing so yayy can't wait to see her again! October 3, 200915 yr Lady GaGa Speaks: Solo Tour Soon, Kanye Taking Time Off Lady GaGa said today that both she and Kanye West made the decision to cancel the "Fame Kills" tour, and that she will be embarking on her own headling tour soon, while West plans to drop out of the spotlight. "It was a mutual decision," GaGa said as she arrived for the Billboard Women in Music Event, where she is receiving this years Rising Star Award. "Kanye's going to take some time off. But the good news is that I'm going on tour in a few weeks." Lori Ann Gibson, GaGa's longtime choreographer who was working on moves for the shows with the singer, claimed on her Twitter feed that "creative differences" between GaGa and West led to the tour's abrupt demise. The cancellation comes just days after the two stars announced the dates for an arena tour that was to kick off next month. Live Nation announced the news on Thursday. The tour promoter says refunds will be issued. The cancellation comes on the heels of waves of negative publicity for West, following his interruption of Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Music Video Awards last month. The new solo tour has been confirmed to have the same venues as the Fame Kills tour scheduled to have as well. :o http://www.mtv.com/videos/news/442358/lady...as-mutual.jhtml
