This song is a real grower, it grows on me more every time I hear it. I learned to like it when I got past simply finding it amusing.

I love She Wolf and have been listening to it on repeat for days now. Such a good live performer (and obviously very flexible too!)

at first i wasn't so sure cause imo you can't improve on the original and their voices don't compliment each other too well but then again his vocoder fast rapping is perfect for this futuristic sounding track and it grows on you :funky:

Anyway, Jools Holland was amazing last night. Best show she's done in the UK, totally live, and she sang She Wolf, Gypsy, another album track (Good Stuff? :unsure:) and a Billie Holliday song. REALLY can't wait for the album now :w00t:

Uk promo has been perfect, shakira really commited to doing promo here and in europe. Gypsy live really showcases her voice and it sounds like a strong single. i think this could surprise people and get huge worldwide. especially if the video is filmic i think the song will come alive more. you have to hand it to Ireland they have been so good to her, she broke a record with HDL i can't remember what but she was 9 weeks at #1 and she wolf doing best in ireland yet again. i don't think she has ever been there? its a shocker why is she liked so much i wonder? but sony need to make sure she goes there to thank them!! she MUST tour there!!

As far as i know she has never done promo here in ireland and she always does very well here and i wouldnt be surprised to see she wolf going number 1 here, and with her performing on x factor it will really boost her chances plus it will give it a great uk boost aswell. It prob wont go number 1 in the UK but i think it will remain a very steady seller and have reasonably high sales by year end.

I haven't had internet the last few weeks, just caught the Jools Holland performances/interview and wowww :wub: really great vocals and she came across both intelligent and likeable. Absolutely loved the "Gypsy" performance. the harmonica is back! :wub:

Shakira got a Brit award nominaton!! i hope she hets a call to perform but she won't win so she should she go? its good she got recognised, but being objective 2009 was the year of lady gaga so i hope she wins it.
