Man In The Mirror, it seemed to be so underrated for all those years and now it's finally getting recognised for the amazing song it is.

I personally think Stranger In Moscow would be a good one. It's not exactly appropriate for the occasion, but it has a beautiful message that's personal to Jackson himself.
