Posted June 25, 200619 yr #17 in the UK! I'm over the moon about this, it could have fallen fast like 'Neon Nights' did in the midweeks, but it held steady. And it charted higher than the single, which is unusual for someone like Dannii. Very pleased. :dance:
June 25, 200619 yr After allot a thought Im quite pleased to. Like you say it could have dropped throught the week. But didn't. For dannii this album is a hit in HER own right. And hopefully we will get this new album in January like her webmaster told us plus another single of this album.
June 25, 200619 yr well done to dannii she realllyheld on very well,,she held where she was was in th emidweek chart,,,and its good it remained top 20 and better is it charted higher than the single
June 25, 200619 yr and after reading through the album chart again im just after noticing dannii outsold madonna,,madonna is number 18 and dannii is 17 madonna had a number 11 in the midweeks so she dropped a bit,,now im searching for the top 75 singles chart as i wantto see where so under pressure is i was gutted to see bon jovi fall from number 5 to number 32 in the singles chart,,its a very very big drop
June 25, 200619 yr Author Bon Jovi are a very fan orientated act though, most of the fans would buy the single in teh first week, leaving for a big drop the next week. Apparently it was barely clinging onto the top 40 in the midweeks so it must have climbed a bit.

June 25, 200619 yr Author No-one has yet I don't think. I'm eager to see it as one of my favourite bands (Placebo) released a single this week and it looks as though it's their first charting single to ever miss the top 40. :(
June 25, 200619 yr im a fan of placebo to and i wantto know there position also,,likewise i like the new liberty x single and that isnt top 40 either overall im not happy with this week singles chart there are a few bits of bad nes in it for me this week

June 25, 200619 yr there latest album hasnt done that well either and its a shame as its one of there best album,,,i know it wenttop 10 but it dropped out so quickly,,even though they are around for years they are still so underrated and far better than bands like franz ferdinand,,editors etc to get alot more recognition these days
June 25, 200619 yr im glad you mentioned you like placebo aly as usually people assume that if you like kylie you only like pop music,,for me that is so not the case,,i enjoy all forms of music and i can buy material from many different artists,,,sometimes im in pop mood and other times i dont listen to it all and like wise with indie,rock etc
June 25, 200619 yr Author I agree, they're far superior and they never get true recognition for their talent. In all honesty this is probably my second least favourite album of theirs just in front of 'Black Market Music', the single releases off it have been questionable too.
June 25, 200619 yr i think they are trying to widen their appeal with this meds album but so afr it doesnt seem to ahve worked,,,,i would love for them to have a really really big hit like they deserve and then see album sales pick up there albums always get great critical acclaim but sadly it doesnt reflect in sales terms where its also needed

June 25, 200619 yr yes i agree 41 is a nightmare position and so is number 11,,you are so near but yet so far i think if im a fan of someone number 11 annoys me more,,as the difference in getting number 10 and 11 is huge in acclaim wise
