'Gonna have to put my album on hold because I start work again soon'

'Jerry will be dusting off his orange shoes'

'hope to be coming to a city near you'

Does that mean....

If Neil is leading us up the garden path with that 'orange shoe' thingy then I shall be doing this when I next see him on stage <_<

Robbie Williams Goes For A Ride In London

Thu, 16/07/2009 - 11:30 by PopSugarUK 1 Comment

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Robbie Williams was spotted out in North London today, riding around the streets on the back of a friend's bike. He spent some time in a recording studio in the capital earlier this year, working on some new material. Then, while his ex-bandmates Take That toured the UK he took a holiday with his girlfriend Ayda Field and his dad in the Caribbean, with a stopover in Miami. With a possible appearance on The X Factor coming up next series, and a new album in the works, it looks like we'll be seeing a lot more of Robbie in the upcoming year.

Robbie Williams distracting Jamiroquai with his chocolate Hob Nobs

By 3am 17/07/2009

If the next Jamiroquai album comes out later than expected, blame Robbie Williams.

Rob has been putting the finishing touches to his new album in SARM Studios, West London - and distracting Jay Kay while he's at it.

We hear: "It's Jay's fault.

He and Robbie have been having a chat over a cup of tea and chocolate HobNobs. "The thing is, Robbie is too nice to tell Jay to sling his hook, so he's ended up hanging around for hours instead of working on his own album."

Now Mr Kay has had to go back to his own home studio to get some work done.

Tut!

:D

Doesnt really make sence does it? The headline says Rob is distracting Jay, yet it is then says Rob is too nice to tell him to sling his hook - which suggests it is the opposite. Infact Digital Spy's headline is 'Jay distracts Robbie!. The 3AM girls yet again showing just how thick they are

Who will replace Simon Cowell on the X Factor?

Who will replace Simon Cowell on the X Factor?

After rumours have emerged that the famous Simon Cowell is going to step down as a judge from the popular reality show X Factor, there has been a lot of speculation of who will replace him.

Whilst there are many celebrities who would like to think they are potential candidates in reality it just isn’t the case. The likes of Kerry Katona who has attempted a singing career and now seeks to do anything that will keep her in the media is being backed by online bookies at 150/1, even Susan Boyle who was on the reality TV show Britain’s got talent has more chance of replacing Simon with odds of 100/1. Pete Waterman plays a respectful role in the music industry and was a judge on Pop Idol which seemed to set the craze for reality singing programmes but even his odds are as long as 80/1.

Some of the biggest names from the industry are in speculation including Britney Spears at 66/1, Kelly Clarkson at 40/1 and Madonna with slightly shorter odds at 20/1.

However, online bookies Paddy Power have released odds on the favourites to replace Simon Cowell. Favourite to take on the high waist trousers is Robbie Williams with odds of 8/1, followed by Victoria Beckham, Lily Allen and Charlotte Church all joint second favourite with odds of 10/1. Others who follow closely are Sharon Osborne and Paula Abdul who have both had previous experience on the show (American and English series) and Will Young who are all joint third favourites with odds of 12/1.

Not long until the show starts but we are still awaiting confirmation from Simon Cowell that he is going to leave the show so he can spend more time concentrating on other aspects of his business!

I'd love to see Robbie as a judge on the X-Factor. He'd be great.

Doubt he'll have the time though with a new album to promote. :(

Victoria Beckham? I ask you....

Top 10 karaoke songs of all time

July 21, 2009 12:11 PM

Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive has been voted the greatest karaoke song of all time.

The 1979 classic topped a poll of over 2,000 Brits, who were asked what song they most like to belt out at a karaoke evening.

Other top hits included Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen and Robbie Williams' Angels.

Asked when they enjoyed a bit of karaoke, 37 percent said it was on a night out with friends, 12 percent said they sang on a games console and six percent say the have evenings in on their home karaoke machines.

It is that final group you want to avoid socializing with.

A spokesperson for Churchill - who commissioned the poll - said: "Many of our greatest karaoke tunes are old classics, perfect for a sing-a-long with family and friends.

"An evening of karaoke can bring out the best, as well as the worst, in singing voices - but you can certainly depend on it for being a bit of a laugh."
