for so under pressue to only remain on the top 75 really does equal flop,,i in no way expected it to fall in such a quick manner!!

I dont think anyone thought it would fall by tat much. Thank god the album isnt following suit.

Yeah "Perfection" was deffo a blow to the system. Everything before that had been solid. Perfection made us sceptical and cynical about dannii's releases again. In all honesty really, nothing she has done with aatw has been Excellent (well except YWFAM & Love Fight) and I don't think an album of her new material judgeing by the past 2 singles would have even made the top 40.

 

She needs to LISTEN to the fans, work with the producers that have gave her hits in the past and sculpt her own sound. Like Neon Nights and Girl! She found her niche in a borderline pop/dance genre that worked! Though I respect her for attempting different things she shouldn't have abandonded a sound that brought her successs. Working with JCA gave her a number 2 selling single in the UK, why not work with him again? What's wrong with her.

 

Im starting to think the girl doesn't have a clue anymore.

strong point and i agree totally,she had success with neon nights singles and should get together with the very same team again and try and repeat the same success,it was a mistkae for them not to continue working as a team,as all concerned would have benefited from having 4 top 10 hits

She has been quoted saying she didn't want to do another album like Neon nights. And whilst I respect her for attempting to do something different it certainly isn't better. She can't afford to be so risque. When something works for her she should stick at it for a while. Neon Nights broke the ice for her, if she came back with a Neon part 2 it would have been more recognised. This is just what I think. She can't create a large fan base by constantly changing labels, changing sounds and releasing songs whenever she feels like it. I know its quite sad considering it was her 4th album but she was really just starting to establish herself with Neon Nights and was getting regognised for consistent hit singles. If she followed that up that would have been her feet more firmly on the ground. Instead she threw what she achieved with NN all away
