I've honestly never heard a bad live vocal from her. She always sounds pretty much identical to the studio versions.

The promotion wheels are beginning to turn for Carrie Underwood’s next album Play On, set to be released on November 3rd.

On October 15th, a performance she filmed for Wal-mart Soundcheck, will debut on October 15. She’ll perform her single “Cowboy Casanova” and other tunes from Play On.

Carrie is also set to star in her own holiday variety special for FOX with Producer, film director, choreographer and So You Think You Can Dance judge, Adam Shankman who he will be co-producing with Nigel Lythoe and directing her special.

Carrie and Brad will be co-hosting the CMA awards–Carrie will also be performing–on November 11th probably her new single "Cowboy Casanova"

leeeaaakkeeeddd  great so far nothing i havent liked

bought it today :D the first 7 tracks are EXCELLENT

it seems to go off the mark a bit after that

this is based on one listen though...

My least fave Carrie album to date. :( Hasn't impressed me at all sadly.
I doubt anything will ever beat her astonishingly good debut (for me) but this is near enough on par with Carnival Ride I think...I'm more impressed than I thought I would be, I love Undo It, Quitter, Songs Like This and Cowboy Casanova...are they as good as Wasted, Before He Cheats and Jesus Take The Wheel? no, but the first album was a phenomenon
the latter half pales in comparison to the first half, but the first half is fantastic anyway...Quitter appears to be the biggest grower for me

OK so not as good as the amazing Carnival Ride (her best album imo), but still very good overall.

my fave tracks are:

Undo it

Cowboy casanova

Change

Mama's song

someday when i stop loving you

unapolagize

quitter

i pretty much really like all the songs, but Play on, This time and Look at me are pretty forgetable.
