Wait till I tell you this. It was so ridiculous. :lol:

 

We set off to walk around Strathclyde Park in perfect warm sunshine (leaving the car in the carpark). We walked about 2 miles (about half way) when the sky got so black. Then the heavens opened. :cry:

So me and daft pal decided to take shelter in M and Ds (a big amusement centre in the park).

We headed to one of the pubs and had slush puppies. I then had a flake and daft pal a packet of crisps (so much for losing weight).

And still it rained.

We had hardly any money to start with but then decided to spend our last £2 on that game where you drop money into a slot and try to push lots of overhanging coins over the edge.

Needless to say we lost our last £2 pretty quickly.

 

So we then had to spend about an hour wandering about the amusement arcade without a penny to our names. Everybody having fun but us. We couldn't even play the prize Bingo. And we were getting hungry again. :cry:

 

So ages later we finally emerged (into rain) and rushed round the rest of the park. My hair totally frizzed. I had an Afro by the type I reached the car. :wacko:

 

Exercise is not for us I fear. -_-

Sounds like a perfect night out to me :D apart from the fact you couldn't have a game of bingo :cry:
