Amelle and the newest one sounded really good and with the right modifications, mostly Beige, i think they can actually find a way to work.
well, I had nothing but positive things to say about the performance (besides beige's hair and those dreadful outfits) but then i saw the interview...
It just brought the whole kiesha thing back to me and when the new one talked about it being their 7th album.... im just like... WHAT?

I'm quite interested in hearing her do older songs I don't think she is as good of a match to Kiesha's voice as amelle was for Mutya. But her voice could work for some of the songs, especially the ballads, i'd love to hear her do Too lost in you, change, stronger and caught in a moment!

She doesn't look old, she just has a mature looking face which she had since she joined in the Angels With Dirty Faces era, Heidi's is great, I guess not everyone can agree with me though. The whole "beige" thing is a little harsh, I think Heidi is pretty, She's prettyer than Keisha and Mutya for me, and she was always meant to be the shy mysterious and natural looking one of the group like Emma was in the Spice Girls as an example.

I agree, I can't yet imagine her doing Keisha's bit on Hole In The Head I'm not sure how that would sound for her.
Jade is really stunning, I honestly can't think of another person who'd be a better replacement than her. Hopefuly the 4th single from this era is an epic of a ballad, with Jade as lead, it'll be ace. Haven't heard a ballad single from the babes in ages, and I tend to love their ballads more than their groovy more up-tempo stuff!

TBH the babes started out wearing anything but skimpy or revealing outfits or being so confident in how they look etc, and Amelle and Jade seem the quite opposite where Heidi never was known for doing that which is why I think she sticks out so "beigely". Heidi also comes across as a bit of an intravert, it seems since she came she's always been on the outside whilst the other two girls had a ball with each other. And it seems to be the same with 4.0, Jade and Amelle are really getting along well. I just hope that that won't result in Heidi becoming Siobhan part 2.
