I guess there will be a new track for the UK version of the album (thinking Ain't Nobody) and if they're desperate for a hit single... but maybe they aren't bothered. They've already done much better this era than labelmates Bananarama...

That's odd, I read an interview earlier in the week, saying it was DJ. But maybe they had a change of heart... Hole In My Heart did have an amazing reaction though, actually all the new material did well. Did they do Fantastic 6? Thanks for the pics :wub:

Next UK single confirmed as Hole In My Heart, but it's not out until February 22 :( Then again, that week they are supporting Lady Gaga on tour :w00t: And the album is out here March 1.

Hole In My Heart is a massive grower. They're right to release it the week they're on tour. Hopefully the UK album will have bonus tracks to make up for the wait...

I like it a lot, I just don't think it will catch on at all...doesn't seem like the sort of thing that would do well here...could pull off a shock though, and I completely agree that the album MUST have bonus/new tracks :wub:

Do you think DJ would do better? I think it's more like their old stuff, but a new sound is more likely to catch on if anything does... Plus I'm hearing 90s influences in a lot of records lately :wub:

nope :( I don't think people generally seem to care that much about them these days...

 

a bit like Will Young/Ronan Keating - they could release any single and it will flop undeservedly because they aren't as relevant as they once were :snif:

The second single from fantastic album, ‘The Spell’, will be ‘Hole In My Heart’ coming to you on 22nd February. You can get your hands on the album itself on March 1st.
